The food here is delicious! Every dish is well-prepared and tastes authentic, both Korean and Persian. I recommend booking in advance, as they are always fully booked. We were lucky to walk in and get a table.
Delicious food, very good portions, excellent service, super nice atmosphere and music, the restaurant staff is super friendly and very nice. All the dishes are super delicious, especially the salmon teriyaki, probably the best I have ever tasted in my life.
Family independently run Korean & Persian restaurant.Truly amazing dining experience with delicious food and lovely ambience.Front end - helpful friendly lady. Back end - husband and wife.Thank you!
Loved this place. The food was all really tasty, although I would say there is more Korean than Persian. We ordered the seaweed roll and I had the chicken udon - it was so good. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was lovely, I especially loved the decor and the low lighting. Will definitely be returning.
Very tasty food, good ambiance and amazing service. Bit pricy but worth it tbh. We had the tteokbokki, kimchi jeon, and sizzling bibimbap. All delicious! Would be interested in trying persian food next time. Need to call to book in, would be great if they had a booking form or website to help manage this.
Tasty authentic food, great for a change and different to anything else I’ve had in Bristol. There isn’t many veggie mains (we went for 2) to pick from but there’s some great veggie starters — definitely recommend the tempura vegetables. The restaurant is owned by husband and wife. The wife does the cooking and husband is front of house. He told us since covid they’ve lost a lot of a their regular locals and have struggled to recruit staff so it’s just the two of them running the entire restaurant. Despite going through treatment at the moment and being in a lot of pain, the husband had a continuous smile on his face and was so sweet, kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend going here for a lovely atmosphere and personal experience.
Nice food and beautiful decoration and lovely ambiance! The waitress seems to be new, so shes not very attentive but oh well, we all used to be new to a role!
Absolutely lovely experience. The food was amazing. We had the kimchi jeon, the bibimbap, mandu guk (beef dumplings soup), and for dessert we had some baklava with saffron and pistachio ice cream (see pictures attached). All of the food was so good, highly recommend. For drinks we also got some tea - the famous Korean ginger & citron honey tea as well as the aloe and honey tea. Both amazing! Highly recommend! The service is exceptional, with a very personal touch. The staff take the time to come over, chat with you about the food, and offer recommendations to ensure you have the best experience. The restaurant is run by a very lovely Persian-Korean couple, and the owners were also present, engaging with guests and adding to the warm atmosphere.Hands down one of the best restaurants in Bristol!
